One entry per household/property.

Winner determination: oldest qualifying furnace based on verified manufacture date, not random selection.

Verification: finalists must permit reasonable inspection to verify furnace age and eligibility.

Tie breaker: earliest documented manufacture date, then verifiable installation date, then another predetermined objective criterion.

Prize: define exactly what "free furnace" means, including equipment, standard installation, permit, disposal, thermostat, duct modifications, electrical work, code upgrades, asbestos, unusual installation conditions, etc.

Prize value: state the legitimate approximate retail value.includes a free 80% efficient single stage furnace, complete with installation, minor duct modifications at the unit, filter rack, disposal, permits, materials, thermostat and labor. Does not include any efficiency upgrades, code violation upgrades, or major ductwork modifications

No substitution/cash value: $5622.00

Disqualification: falsified furnace information, non-owner, outside service area, inaccessible/unsafe property, etc.
